it was quite easy for me to install it but the more easier it was to install the more advanced and useful features it provided me
Two questions for you about this software:
1) Do customer replies get emailed to the admin? I mean the actual reply and not just a notification to say they’ve replied?
2) Can admin reply to tickets by simply replying to the email notification? (or do you need to log in and reply to the ticket directly)
